Role play/CoE thoughts

OMG Day 5 rocked like a rocking thing. Three characters stood out for me and any one of them could be candidates for RP. First, Ianto's sister. She and her husband were great. Second, Jack's daughter. I loved her. Seriously. She didn't have much of a role but it resonated and her final scene that was wordless? Brilliant. Third but by no means last Agent Johnson the HBIC. I <3 her so.

Okay on to my thoughts of the series. I hope they end it there. I hope that is the finale for Torchwood with perhaps a movie of the week now and then or whatever the British equivalent would be. It was a lovely send off just like S5 was for Buffy before they ruined it with S6 & 7. Jack did what had to be done and it will haunt him for eternity. I loved the subtle way that John played it. I also loved that there is no way in hell that his daughter will ever speak to him again and the guilt that she must be feeling for telling Johnson that they needed to get Jack to fix it. OMG the angst with that alone will be fascinating to explore. Her love/hate relationship with her father.

I love that RTD doesn't white wash. I love that he showed Jack at his worst and best. It's what I love about the Doctor as well. He's a hero but he isn't clean by any stretch of the imagination. In not so many words I loved it.

Season 6&7 of Buffy are two of my favourites. It's 4 I abhor and detest, for all that it gave me my Anya <3333

I do love how he portrayed Jack. I HATE THAT THEY HAD TO HAVE KILLED MYFANWY WHEN THEY BLEW UP THE HUB. Ahem. And his daughter was amazing. So, so, good.

Heeee that's funny. The trio and Spuffy killed it for me and the last season was all right but I really hated S6.

Awww maybe Myfanwy escaped when Ianto left. It could happen.

I hated spuffy. But I loved seven, the return of faith and the new potentials.

And Six wins if only for once more with feeling.

Secret? I picked up Spike so I would never ever have to deal with Spuffy. :D

Once more with feeling was good. There were gems in among the shit but I still think they could have ended it with Buffy's death and it was a nice send off.

Awww, maybe Mwfawny went through the rift with that blast. It had to have opened it up and had some ill effect. Ooooo I see a sequel coming on where all sorts of nasties come out of the rift now. :D

Yeah it was a beautiful ending. Let's hope they keep it that way. Though we can explore all kinds of things in fanfiction. :D
