7 crossovers

I signed up for 7 crossovers forever ago with Buffy and I love to cross fandoms that on the outside make no sense whatsoever and make them plausibly work. The key is plausible. No going back in time to be with the Mauraders unless you're Doctor Who that can travel through time. No going forward with landing in Seattle 2020 with Max and the other transgenics unless it can canonly be explained. *is a canon Nazi freely admitted*

So, I've thought of a few fandoms to cross with Buffy. I am trying to steer clear of the cliched Supernatural paths crossing though I will if I can't come up with seven.

1. Spooks (already has an AU life with that one)

2. Doctor Who (same with this one way back when I first started writing Buffy in prompt comms she crossed paths with 10 and had a mini-companion adventure through RP)

3. CSIs - with all the dead bodies that are around her it's inevitable that she cross paths with forensics.

4. Torchwood - with Buffy comics in Scotland, Wales can't be too far behind with the Rift watching.

5. Flash Forward - Buffy gets a view of her future.

Yeah that's all I've got. Anything for the last two crossovers? Maybe Stargate, that's plausible with her thinking a Goa'uld is a demon. Maybe Law and Order (see CSI note). Any and all suggestions would be good. I could cross her with Dresden Files (books) and have her learn about the war with the Red Courts and cross paths with Carlos and maybe Elaine in California. Telling Carlos to leave it to a professional. :P

Buffy/Friday Night Lights. The Dillon Panthers vs The Sunnydale whatever they're called. OOOH. Dawn on a semester exchange in Texas ;p

Buffy/Weather Warden Novels

Buffy/White Collar. I'd love to see Peter assigned to Buffy's 'reappropriation' of Buffy's funds.

Buffy/Marvel Universe. What. Like Moira McTaggart wouldn't be all 'OI WHAT ARE YOU DOING IN SCOTLAND' and Captain Britain, etc investigate her.

Buffy/NCIS. Some sort of naval connection. A vampire noms on the navy guys? Abby gleeing?

Buffy/Fables. The idea of the Fables world is that they hide in ours. So she could find/meet Snow White or stumble on the Farm.

Hey, you're good! I do not watch FNL or have read the Weather Warden books but the others are awesome. Buffy and Gibbs *snerk* I've actually thought about Moira and someone mistaking Buffy for a mutant Summers.

Buffy could be expected to reach 2020 in the normal course of events. She just wouldn't be a young Slayer.

In point of fact, since some Buffyverse Wicca are very powerful, Vengeance Demons can make major changes and create parrallel worlds, several demons can open portals to other worlds and other canons have other methods (i.e.the Enterprise has time-travelled in canon)it should be easy to (er) "think outside the box" - or to perceive an extremely big box.

(A Mun I know is now fighting some serious temptation...)

Buffy comic canon had her going to the future to see Fray Slayer I think. Anyway, the future Slayer that had a comic for a while. That was done by Dark!Willow who I'm assuming traveled in time since she was twenties looking instead of a hundred and something. I could have the Star Trek people come to Earth her time. I'm very cool with using canon that way, I just don't like (my own personal taste) stories that have them being outside of their time for no apparent reason. IE at Hogwarts at the same time as Harry which could happen as they are the same age but it would be stretching it to have it happen then. *shrug* I like to take CSI that would make people go BWAHUH that makes no sense and then make it make sense for a crossover. :D

That's what I love about crossovers, it makes you think. Hell, I could do Lord of the Rings and have her fall into Middle Earth when she took that swan dive after Glory.
