A great idea! You claim a fandom and write about what happened to your fandom during the events of Stolen Earth and Journey's End. I have plot bunnies a hoppin' with this. :D
After the first 3 months claims will be opened and it's a free for all. So if your fandom is claimed after the 3 months everyone and anyone can post for any fandom. Which is good because I have ideas for a couple of them that were already claimed.
